This Regional Dossier was updated in 2022 by Sanita Martena (Lazdiņa), Heiko F. Marten, and Ilga Šuplinska, based on the first edition compiled by Heiko F. Marten, Ilga Šuplinska, and Sanita Lazdiņa in 2008/2009.
