This ENROPE Multiplier Event, hosted by İstanbul Üniversitesi-Cerrahpaşa, is a combined seminar/ workshop about 'Reflective Portfolio-Based Approaches in Language Education & Research'.

The members of the European project ENROPE (European Network for Junior Researchers in the Field of Plurilingualism and Education) give a short insight into their conceptual design based on three intellectual outputs and report briefly about to date realised and further planned activities to strengthen plurilingual practices in research on education.

With news about, among other things, the adoption of a resolution in support of the Minority SafePack Initiative by the European Parliament, a huge grant for the development of a mobile solution for automatic translation between sign and oral languages, a linguistic emergency for Catalan, the ENROPE events for junior researchers, over 130 podcasts available in Welsh language, and much more!

This Regional Dossier is the second and fully updated edition of the dossier 'The Hungarian language in education in Slovakia', originally compiled in 2005 by Dr Ildikó Vančo (Institute of Hungarian Linguistics and Literary Science, Univerzita Konštantína Filozófa v Nitre). Dr Vančo updated the dossier in 2020.

‘Of course I’ll care for my patients in their mother tongue – even if it’s my third language!’. A blog post about promoting minority language learning among migrants working in the health care sector in bilingual regions of Europe, e.g. to encourage the learning of Frisian in Fryslân (based on the Erasmus+ funded COMBI project).
